Richard Sprecher's 1941 Planes Binder Full of 1941 Colored Pencil Drawings

Regular price $140.00

The black duct taped exterior of this binder promised good things inside, and indeed, it is filled with some 30 colored pencil drawings of planes "designed and drawn"--"free hand," in 7th grade--by a Richard Sprecher, and with a great title page to boot. Photos tell the story best--I have included a representative sampling, but there are many more, equally good. And, at the end, one more plane, drawn in pencil by a David Bradfield, in 10th grade, who was clearly inspired by them!

10 7/8" x 8 15/16" and in overall good condition, colored pencil on lined paper. Sone toning/staining as pictured, but generally clean and dry (not musty) and easily taken apart if desired. Drawings on fronts of pages only, black backs.
