If you are in any way disappointed with your purchase, just let me know. I will be happy to accept returns if notified within two weeks of receipt. I'll greatly appreciate any feedback you have to share, and will then just need for you to send it back in the original backing for a full refund.
In addition, because many items are fragile, of course there is always a chance they will not arrive to you safely. I take great pains to pack items very carefully, with plenty of bubble wrap, but should damage in transit occur, just let me know as soon as you can. I may ask for your assistance in documenting the damage for insurance purposes, and will, of course, issue you a full refund.
And please feel free to email me anytime with questions about any item, or to request more photos or information prior to purchase. If you are purchasing multiple items and I can ship them for less that what you pay at checkout, I will refund you the difference. And if you are an international customer, please be in touch via email; I'll work with you to get shipping costs the very lowest that I can!
