Another pretty brush, which I love for its shape and the contrast between the near-black ebony with the near-white horsehair. I don't think this one is especially old; the wood on the handle of one side reads "Real Ebony" and the other bears some text I cannot read followed by "France." On one short side of the handle are five little inlaid bits that look like bone. I believe intended as a clothes brush, but certainly useful for all sorts of things, or just pretty sitting around.
6 1/8" long x 3" across at widest part of handle / 4 1/2" across at bristles. 1" deep. Excellent condition.
