Such a good one, found along with two others made by the same person this past week in Rockland, Maine--which I'm listing individually. This one has the look of a block house, but in fact was framed out--quite a lot of effort for a small house!--with a hollow interior as well as a metal roof painted what is now a very mellow gold. Excellent all the way around (including the unpainted back view!), with quite a lot of care invested in the painterly painting of the windows and doors. Fabulous.
3 13/16” x 3” x 2 1/8” tall. Perfectly aged paint, very sound and sturdy.
