A complete charmer I think, and definitely an old one, with great aging to the paint and the dog attached to a railed wooden base, to which only the front legs are attached so one can position him in action if desired! One side features some gray/silver spots in addition to the black ones, maybe added at a later date, and perhaps in attempt to portray a specific beloved pup. Really great, and of a nice substantial scale.
8 5/8" t x 7 7/8" (base is 7" long) x 1 1/2" d (at base). Good structural condition, sturdy and steady on its base, with plenty of wear and aging to the paint but stable.
