These old American Red Cross First-Aid books are pretty great - and pretty handy! This is a 1940 copy, featuring some pretty great photographs and diagrams, my favorite being how to tie all sorts of bandages, slings and tourniquets, including how best to make use of a necktie! Not a bad reference to keep near at hand.
256 pages; 7 7/8" x 5 1/4" x 1/2". Staple binding. Cover shows a little fading and a small stain near the stop, inside first page is torn along the staple edge, and paper is a little brittle, but good overall vintage condition.
