A wonderful, unusual, very architectural sort of old whimsy, in original dark green paint, looking like a miniature pavilion lending protection to a disk shaped "ball" inside. Perhaps made for a child to rattle and roll around, but quite a satisfying small scale sculpture now. Purchased at one of the New Hampshire antiques week shows from a terrific dealer always with many wonderful things to covet, and I know it lived in his collection for several decades.
4 1/16 t x 2 3/4 d. Crusty old surface, as detailed; sound and sturdy with no cracks, repairs, or other issues. Earlyish 20th century I believe.
