I like this old tin noisemaker better for having been freed of its handle, such that one can just send it rolling along, rattling and swirling as it goes. I love these clowns in pink polka dots too. Made by T. Cohn, USA, c. 1940s I believe.
4 1/16” in diameter x 7/8” d. A patch of surface loss over the face of one clown and a bit along the rim. Otherwise very good condition, great color, very sturdy.
