Of course I had to adopt this sweet thing. He's a bit threadbare around one black button eye, making him all the more empathetic. Hand-sewn of linen, stuffed with straw, late 19th/very early 20th century I believe. Despite all the years on him, he remains an eager puppy, ever hopeful to be loved!
6 3/4" l x 5 1/2" t. General wear and aging, threadbare patch around one eye, a lighter toned band around his middle where there must once have been a ribbon, and scattered stains/spotting to the linen as evident. Generally sound and stable, not especially delicate, and very sweet.
