Sweet Old Homemade Rubber Band Style Toy Gun

A sweet one, with a nice form, and I really like the cross-hatched ink drawing on the handle of either side.. C. 1940s-50s I believe, and, smooth from handling, certainly it saw a good bit of backyard fun. 

6 1/2" l x 4 1/4" t measured on the square, 3.4" d.  Good condition, nice dry patina, a little bit of surface dryness to the wood.
