Sweet, Much Loved Antique Three Legged Stool with Yellow Painted Legs and Piecework Cover

I found this stool at a show in New Hampshire, and while it shows a few old tears to the piecework top, and the top is not quite evenly stretched/tacked around the sides,  I really love everything about it, very much down to those three stick legs in the best old mustard yellow paint. A cheerful, very homey feeling thing, which also makes a pedestal pedestal, for an arrangement of colorful old folk pin cushions and pin balls, say! 

12" d x 7" t. A few holes in the fabric top as evident (there appears to be a layer of paper underneath, which is how these types of  pieceworks were constructed, using paper templates for each piece) and some  around the sides, all as pictured. Not at all pristine, but super cute and sweet.
