Solid Bronze Hand with Ring and Cuff, Lovely Large Victorian Paperweight

This hand is a totally different thing than the Victorian hand-shaped brass clips one often sees: much larger, very substantial, solid bronze I believe, and with a smooth, flat back, such that it rests flush on the the surface a tabletop in a very believable (and quite lovely) way as if a real hand just resting there. And I must say it feels very calming and comforting as it does! Late 19th century I believe, solid, heavy, really a nice object. 

6 5/16" l x 2 1/2" w x 1/2" t. Very good condition, nice warm surface patina. Looks like it may have been polished sometime in the past, there is just a bit of white residue in the fine recesses here and there.
