Two last groups of these cut paper animals today; I listed several groups of them a month or two ago, all found together, but held onto some to enjoy a bit longer. Perhaps a menagerie of cut paper animals would not set everyone's heart racing, but they sure do for me, pure joy, c. 1900 or so. My guess is perhaps a school project many years ago--though these at least look very much like the work of a teacher, with the fine motor skills to do some very careful cutting. I've grouped these together for the lack of handwriting on them, making them feel more aligned with Scherenschnitte (finely cut paper silhouettes). Cut from a mix of card, cardboard, and paper.
