A lovely example of West German Pottery by Scheurich Keramik, this small c. 1960s jug features a mottled, creamy salmon-y pink background enhanced by an irregular greenish brown band. It is marked on the bottom 493-10, referring to the shape (493) and heigh of the vase (10 cm). The interior and bottom are glazed a smooth, rich brown.
In perfect vintage condition, this jug would make a great vase, and a wonderful addition to a West German Pottery collection. 4 1/4" in diameter at the bottom, and 4" tall.
