A second sandpaper drawing today, this one more of the sort one more often sees, packing in mountains and water and a variety of trees, along with a sailboat filled with boaters and a cottage tucked in at left. I especially like the inclusion of the two figures on shore at dead center here, him with tall fishing pole, her leaning on her walking stick, and both looking very much as if staking claim to this particular spot for the long haul!
20" x 15". Marble dust and charcoal on board. General light surface wear and aging to the board. One tear to the board at far left center, as documented, mended with archival tape from behind. Found unframed, shipped carefully in protective archival glassine.
