Remember Me, Sweet Little 19th C. Watercolor Floral Wreath Love Token

I just can't resist an old "remember me" watercolor love token. And here with that very small "remember me"--written in graphite in careful little cursive letters--feeling really like nothing more than a whisper; a hope against hope! With that sentiment encircled by a very delicately painted floral wreath, with a bit of smearing to the green leaves at right, as if it, too, on the verge of fading away. Lovely

Watercolor on good weight paper 3 3/4" x 3 1/8". Custom mat included (2nd photo). All in very good condition.
