Another wonderful old folk art ice fishing decoy from a box of them l found the other day in Maine, all made by the same person I believe. This one the longest of the bunch, bright red with white and green spots all over, four tin fins, and a weight on the bottom. I'm not an expert on these (or fish either!) but I am great admirer of them as objects, and this one to my eye is as about as good as they come. A beauty, all the better for its age.
9 1/16" long and in very good condition.
