I've done a fair amount of searching but can't find another old tin litho penny toy like this cool inclined one, which perhaps connected to a few others and a very steep ramp. I love it as its sits on a flat surface now, making everything around it feel askew. And hard to be the terrific color scheme, and very gangster-looking driver at the helm!
I can't find a mark on it and as I can't find another am not sure of the maker. Pre WWII I would guess. Some paint loss, plenty of light scrapes and dings, and a little light rusting, but great structural shape, rolls smoothly, and still looks great. 3" wide x 2 5/8" tall x 1 3/8" deep measured as it sits.
