I'm not much of a meat eater, but no way could I resist this faux ribeye, I believe made for butcher shop display maybe in the 1950s or 60s. The sprayed on red is almost surreal (making me think they used the same red to paint a faux cherry pie!) and the whole thing is just the right amount of weird to make it a perfect sculpture with infinite interesting possibilities for display and grouping with other things.
8 3/4" l x 6 1/2" t x 3 7/8" d. It shows a few small surface chips along the right edge of the "front" and some more on the "back" but who cares? Structurally it's in good shape, very sound and sturdy.
