I believe this likely was once part of a frame, but now is just a partial thing, and a cool object I think, which would be good hung straight down to sway a bit in the breeze or with a little push! It is constructed like a "crown on thorns" with interlocking pieces, and fun to play around with. It was quite dusty when I found it; I used a dry q-tip to get most of the dust off, but it could definitely be cleaned more carefully.
19 1/2" inches long by about 2 3/4 inches wide and deep. There is a little mildewing just to the surface of the wood here and there which I believe could be cleaned up.
