Old Folk Art Boot Doorstop!

I’ve seen a lot of folk art doorstops, and maybe even a few shaped like Victorian ladies boots, but I’ve never seen one like this. I love it for its sort of crude awkwardness, and that red toe and trim, making me think it might be a marching or majorette boot, or maybe that of a circus ring leader! And of course I like the idea of putting a foot down to stop the door, though this is not very heavy and I don’t think would be especially effective at at!

Some nice alligatoring to the white paint which also shows some pale blue that came from I know not where along the left edge. The doorstop piece is a little loose, no matter if just setting on a shelf.
