I paid about as much for this little old woman as I am selling her for, but there is no way I could leave her behind...that face! Squinting, but wide open. I like how her bonnet reads a bit like a big head of hair, too. I'd like to think she was the carver's mother or grandmother, maybe as she appeared ready to go to church.
5 1/2" tall x 1 3/8" wide x 3/4" deep. There is a small nick in her bonnet from I think quite a while ago, as it, like the rest of her has a nice patina; I'd think she is a hundred years old at least. She stands up fine on her own on a level surface.
