OHIO Blue and White Pinback Button

I fell in love with this button just for the graphic treatment of its four letters - just perfect--but haven't been able to determine its source.  Certainly a great gift for your favorite Ohioan, but I also, with the emphasis on the "HI," just a fun way to say hello!
