Naive Antique Pencil Drawing of House and Trees and Chandelier!

You know how much I love drawings like this, and how happy I am to find them.  This one was done on ruled paper in graphite and crayon and is really good for many reasons, including how the trees and leafy branches and smoke from the chimney all lean in the same direction! And then this potted plant with yellow leaves which I take for being inside the house, with a chandelier hanging right over it, perhaps being the reason those those leaves are glowing yellow! I'll never ever tire of the charms of drawings like this.

5 1/16" x 4 3/16". Very good condition, with a few minor stains and a bit off toning, no matter. Paper is not brittle. Late-ish 19th c. I believe.
