I purchased this sweet little mustard yellow salt box style wooden house along with a white and green garage listed separately, and am sure they once lived together, perhaps amid a train set or Christmas village. I love the step back of the lower level on this one, and the hunter green trim and doors, plus the stucco like texture of the surface and the little steeple where one would expect a chimney!
1940s or 50s I'd think though I'm not entirely sure, and in great structural shape, with light wear and a few small dings and paint loss here and there, all to the good. About 3 1/2" wide x 4 3/8” deep x 4 1/2" tall.
