There are lots of porcelain miniature shoes out there, most of them pretty fussy, but I think this lustre-glazed Oxford (larger than most) rather transcends the genre. The seller I purchased it from described it as a salesman sample for shoelaces, which could be true, as one seldomly sees these with laces (and a nice choice of these pinking-beige laces in combo with the caramel colored shoe I think!) I also love that there is an extra bit of porcelain stuck to the sole on one side, making it appear as if this shoe has just stepped on a wad of gum!:)
5" l x 1 3/4" w x 2" t and in excellent shape, no chips, cracks or other flaws other than than the extra bit of porcelain stuck to the sole, original to its making.
