This lovely blocks set is not entirely complete, but it is not far off, and the original box with lithographed, slide top lid is in very good shape. I believe these date to right around 1900 and are most likely German, as most of these sets seem to have been. Photos numbered 1,2, and 3 show all blocks, with no repeats, and I must say I would have liked to spend a lot more arranging and photographing them! They just feel good to have around, and should last forever yet.
Box measures 13 3/8" x 10 3/4" x 2 5/8" t. All in good condition, with a beautiful patina to the wood, and you can really tower these stably many layers high.
