It has been quite a while since I bought an old stacking toy, but the paint and proportions on this one made it just too good not to scoop. Playskool, 1940s-50s I believe, with great color and just the right amount of surface wear.

5" t x 4 1/2" d. Some general wear to the paint, as shown, all to the good in my opinion.
