Holy Companions, Sweet Pair of Antique Carved Santos Figures

I found these two together, and think nice to keep them in companionship. Based on the manner of the carving, I believe they are likely Puerto Rican, early 20th century. The paint has aged and eroded in quite a wonderful, almost miraculous feeling way, especially the color on his robe, showing a combination of baby blue and a verdigris sort of green, as well as bare wood in spots. And she feels as quietly pious and faith-full as it gets. A sweet and indeed holy feeling small pair. 

6 7/8" and 7 1/16" tall respectively. Her base: 2 1/4" w x 2 " d; his 2 7/8" w x 2 1/8" d. Both are attached to their bases by what appear to be the original nails--she can be removed from hers.
