A wonderfully intense, sphynx-like cat, seeming to see into one's soul. I purchased this from a wonderful dealer based in Iowa and know nothing of its maker--it is signed simply Hazel on the underside, but my guess, given the color of its eyes, is that is the cat's name! Quite beautifully sculpted of white clay, down to those tiny front paws, and with quite an outsized presence.
4 1/4 x 2 11/16 x 3 1/2” t. One ear mended with glue, very well done, it took it being pointed out to me to notice. Otherwise perfect condition.
