I found both this and a second, smaller watercolor landscape also listed today at a favorite shop in Vermont--unsigned, but clearly both done by an artist who knew what they were doing (I believe the same artist for both), mid-later 20th century. And this landscape feels especially luminous. Confident, transportive, fully resolved, to my eye really a lovely thing. 

13 5/8" x 9 3/4",  very good condition, watercolor on good weight drawing/watercolor paper.
