Just a great old pine box divided into seven compartments inside, and sold as found full of old nails as well as some carved wooden pegs. Beautiful fat old iron nails that have bled, terrific warm patina to the wood, solid and sturdy as could be, with a front clasp that closes tight. There is a single hinge on the back which is tightly attached and works great. I really love a utilitarian box like this, which could easily be emptied to stash other things.
8" x 7" x 3 1/8” t and in great antique condition. The name Roy Patrick (I believe) is handwritten on the underside of the lid.
