Early 20th century I believe, and executed in pen and ink (not marker), with the wavery sort of line quality and variation in saturation that comes from that. I love a free-hand, doodle-ish sort of pattern drawing, and this one quite a satisfying combination of fine detail and bold effect. Great.

10 1/4" x 7". Very good condition.
