Another small thing, but this quiet, graceful little watercolor on neutral paper mounted to board gives me a lot of pleasure. I'd guess it was likely a figure study for a larger painting, but to me she's just right like this, seeming as if floating in time and space and very much in her own world of thought.
4 3/4" x 2 13/16", watercolor on paper mounted to board. Light wear around the edges and a bit of staining and some tiny pin pricks to the surface right lower side. Later 19th c. or so, I believe.
