Four Wings and a Prayer! Wonderful Old Snapshot of Angel Girls, Presumed Portuguese

To my sensibilities a completely perfect snapshot, capturing a specific fleeting moment but also totally transcendent.  And between those blacks and whites and grays, the geometries of doors and frames and horizontals beams, and the outwardly arching wings and inwardly arching praying hands, it really could not be formally and compositionally better. And both like a vision and a film still. Handwriting in what I believe is Portuguese on reverse, but I haven't deciphered it quite well enough to offer a good translation. 

2 3/4 x 4 3/8 and in very good condition, just minor toning along the scalloped edge. Super.
