Driving Into the Distance, Crisp and Ethereal Vintage Snapshot

My photos here are not as crisp as this photos itself--zooming in on the car in the far distance finds it in perfect focus, and looks like there is a arch of some sort over the road, which I take for a bridge, further ahead. Barely there and super evocative all at once. 

2 5/8 x 2 1/2 and in good condition, light crease to lower right corner. c. 1940s-50s I believe.
