My disposition at Brimfield, and generally, is to search quietly for the sorts of things that have little to no objective value and which no one else is paying much mind to, but which are total treasure to me. Like a c. 1930s handmade booklet containing 18 crayon bird drawings! Very happily with each bird labeled in the cursive writing of a young hand. And the cover, which perhaps lost or never had a pasted down illustration, pretty excellent in its BIRD BOOK simplicity.
9 1/4" x 6 1/4". 18 full page drawings plus cover and table of contents (!), crayon and graphite, good condition. Bound by string run through two holes and tied, easily removed if desired.
