A terrific c. 1880s handmade (and perfectly pleated) paper doll dress, which I am quite glad was deemed worthy of framing--a beautifully crafted example, and very graphically appealing, in excellent palette of pink and soft bluish-green. A good one for a lover of antique paper dolls like me, but I think it also carrier the spirit of Froebel kindergarten paper folding!
6" x 9" framed as found, under glass and set against a cream paper ground. Old painted wood frame with nice mustard yellow detail along the inside perimeter of frame.
