Antique Papier Mache Snuff Box Lid with Hand-colored Portrait of Woman in Turban

The snuff box this lid sat upon is long gone, but I'm really glad someone kept the lid, as I love the portrait, which appears to be a hand-painted lithograph. From what I've seen it's a fairly unusual one, too, with the portrait inset at the center--under glass and framed in what looks like brass--rather than painted or printed across the entire surface. European for sure and I'd guess mid 19th century based both on style and the Orientalist nature of the portrait. 

2 7/8" in diameter x 5/16" deep, with a lip around the lid via which it could be hung from a nail of desired. Very good antique condition.
