Of course I can't look at this old pin the tail on the donkey without thinking about the Democratic Party, so might treat it as a political poster to hang, but it'd be a really fun one for a kid's room too. I found it in its original paper envelop packaging, in poor shape at this point, but the donkey itself--printed on a sort of light weight fabric with a bit of a sheen--is in pretty good shape and I think the graphics are pretty terrific. It was produced by the Saalfied Publishing Co of Akron Ohio in 1926, and I believe has seen its share of birthday parties, but tails number 3 and 4 remain pasted to it at bottom right and one could certainly make a few more to tails to play again. Fun!
20 1/2" x 22 1/2". Envelope measures 12 5/8" x 9 1/2". Plenty aged, with old fold lines as evident and some scattered stains but no notable tears and looks great pinned to the wall! Shipped folded.
