Just great (grate!) looking, and I like the connection of its pattern to tumbling block quilts. Iron, in old glossy white enamel paint, different--and equally good--from both sides I think. Could be set on the table as a large tivet of sorts, but I'd hang it on the wall, and it can be lit to cast excellent shadows, too. Earlyish 20th century I believe.
11 9/16" d .Good condition, with some old paint loss as shown, not chippy now and I haven't wiped it clean.
