Unusual 19th Century Carved Bone Miniature Monkey Wrench with Two Picks

Rightly, I purchased this from a dealer specializing in old tools, who had kept it in his collection for a long time and, like me, had never seen another like it. A 19th century carved bone monkey wrench with two picks that fold out (for use as tooth picks I believe, but certainly handy for other things), I believe likely sailor made. The perfect gift for one's favorite handy man if ever I saw one! 

2 11/16" l. Picks are 2" long. Excellent antique condition.
