SOLD Stunning Antique Paper Print Photograph of Very Intricate (Paper Pattern for?) Handmade Lace

Yum. I am not entirely sure if the photograph here is of a paper pattern for making a section of bobbin lace or a section of lace itself but i love that elusiveness, including of the ground behind it, and the photo is I think a stand alone perfect thing. Details give a good sense of the richness of detail and tonality. I find it very striking and completely satisfying and would be especially happy to keep this one.

 6 7/16" x 4 13/16". Late 19th/early 20th c. I believe. Minor losses at corners and one small loss along left top edge, minor.
