Red Brick Hearth with Pot and Plants, Small Naive Watercolor

It's getting to be the time of year when a cozy little watercolor like this has extra appeal, though that yellow vase with cut flowers perched atop the fireplace at list hints at spring. An old school drawing I would guess, earlyish 20th century, and looks like someone was pleased enough with it to keep it in a scrapbook, as the corners show some discoloration, pretty minor, from old corner mounts.

5 5/8" x 3 1/2". Age toning to the corners as noted; overall good condition with color very bright. There is a tiny piece of paper stuck to the back with a piece of tape that has no purpose but which I didn't remove.
