I found one wonky old handmade single wooden die a couple of weeks ago, and now here's another--this one about 1 3/4" inch square (though not quite square!), late 19th/very early 20th century I believe, with pyrographed dots (pips.) I find a single die an empathetic thing to begin with, and one made by hand with a lot of love all the more so. This one found in upstate NY near Lake George.
Approx 1 3/4" each side, though it definitely not quite square! Good condition, nice warm dry patina. A little surface roughness/minor surface loss to the top pip on the 3 side.
