"Made at Home," 1928 Snapshot of Young Boxer, Randall Butler, Dunn NC

Something about old photos of young boxers I just can't resist--so full of aspiration, and vulnerability too. Not sure Randall Butler made it very far as a boxer--I can find no record of him--but he looks determined, and pretty scrappy too, posed here with gloved fists raised on what I'd bet was the family farm in Dunn, NC, 1928.

3 1/2" x 2 7/16" and in good condition. Name in ink on front, date and location on reverse, along with the very sincere "made at home."
