One of two lovely antique paint decorated, lacquered papier mache snuff boxes listed today, found together, both early 19th century I believe. This one decorated with marbled/spattered mustard paint on both faces, to my eye very beautiful and satisfying.

2 5/8" d x 1/2" t. Very good antique condition, with snuff stains to the interior, which I like.
