I love this guy, Mexican I believe and definitely with some years on him, but in terrific shape and it is near impossible to stop his head and tail from bobbling! He's made of clay, impressed with scaly texture, and rather brilliantly painted to look positively ancient and very armadillo-like, with a wonderful little face too. I'd think mid 20th century or so though am not entirely certain, with a little wire loop on his back should one want to hang him.
5 1/8" l x 2" w x 2 1/8:" t. Great vintage condition, with a nice feeling of age, but not notable chips or cracks at all that I can see.
