This striking cast iron "star holder" candle holder was designed by Jens Quisgaard for Dansk Designs, Ltd. in 1955. It holds 12 thin taper candles, in openings of 1/4”. Fabulous at the center of the dining table, especially around the holidays, but a wonderful object for added ambiance anytime, anywhere. Great on a rustic farm table as well as amid other mid-century decor.
