Two Birds, Four Birds, Earlier 20th Century Paper Cut with Watercolor and Ink

Regular price $40.00

I found this folded in half, just the watercolor birds showing as in first photo, and I might show it that way myself, but nice to open it to see their echoes, with just a little decoration animating their wings, and then to flip it over to find all four in silhouette. I believe these are meant to represent Meadowlarks, but don't hold me to it...face to face, beaks ajar as if mid-chirp, I might call them love birds, too!

Paper 9 1/2" square when unfolded. Good condition, watercolor on good weight paper.
